Your tailored program will prepare you for academic, professional and personal success as an undergraduate student in FASS.

Registration has now closed for the Welcome and Mentoring Program, and we look forward to seeing you on Monday 18 February.

If you have registered, you will have received a ticket to your email address which includes your start time and instructions. Please make sure to arrive promptly at your start time and bring along your ticket. 

If you have not registered, or are not sure if you registered, you are welcome to attend on Monday 18 February. Please make sure to arrive promptly at the start time allocated to your degree, which you can find here.

The Welcome and Mentoring Program will prepare you for academic, professional and personal success as an undergraduate student in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. 

You’ll be connected with a Student Mentor in your area of study, access skills building workshops, attend exclusive talks, meet other first year students in your field of study and develop your networks at the University of Sydney. 

Depending on your student status, you can get involved with one of the following programs:

- Domestic Student Welcome and Mentoring Program
- International Student Welcome and Mentoring Program
- 25+* Welcome and Mentoring Program
- Dalyell Welcome and Mentoring Program

The Welcome and Mentoring Program starts on Monday 18 February and then continues throughout your first eight weeks of university life.

Additional registration is essential to join the program so you can be matched with a senior student Mentor.

Once you have completed your additional registration you will receive a confirmation ticket with your official start time on Monday 18 February.
